Business Context

Department for Transitional Assistance [DTA] within one of the Commonwealth States had a legacy case management application which had rendition issues on modern web browsers. Further, the CX for case workers were crippling their ability to providing the right level for citizen services.

Kyyba Solution

Our team partnered with the agency’s IT leadership and developed a state of the art UX leveraging ‘Webix’, a niche Java script library, and re-engineered the entire UI; retaining the core Business logic. We used JavaScript Web APIs for data biding, designed an intuitive UX with color codes and user flows with full compliance to ADA and usability standards.
